Home made garlic bread |
Ingredients:
- Bread slices or small buns ................................................... 4
- Unsalted butter ................................................................... 2-3 Tbs
- Garlic paste ....................................................................... 1 tsp
- Finely chopped corriander leaves ....................................... a few
- Salt .................................................................................... a pinch
- black pepper ..................................................................... a pinch
How to Make:
Cut each bread slices vertically into two pieces. If you are using buns, cut each bun around the middle. Mix softened butter, garlic paste, salt, pepper and coriander leaves together in a small bowl. Now butter the slices or the buns with this mixture. Put in preheated oven for 5-8 minutes or till they turn slightly golden brown and desirably crispy.Tip: You can change the amount of butter if you want to butter the bread slices more lavishly. But too much would make the bread too soggy.
